According to The Atlantic, there are more than 300,000 podcasts in existence. This medium is growing so quickly due to the great variety of content and the convenience of the format. Similar to a radio show, podcasts are audio files that you can subscribe to, download, and listen to when it’s convenient for you – like during your commute, at the gym, or while doing household chores.
Luckily for family caregivers, the number of podcasts catering to us is growing. These podcasts offer practical advice, share stories of other caregivers, and mostly remind us we are not alone in our caregiving roles.
